As of today, April 22, 2020, I have not hugged my Nana for about 5 weeks. This shelter in place order for an unknown enemy could TRY to keep us from loving on others but there are LOVE stories everywhere! besides the fact that I’ve been up at night not being able to fall asleep due to worry, I wanted to play connect the dots on mindfulness vs busyness.
Is the reason you can’t sleep at night due to a checklist that doesn’t have all the boxes ticked? Or, is it because without being mindful, priorities have gone to the wayside.
